At all times the client(s) will retain the publishing and intellectual property rights of all the documents "submitted to us" for using our services and all documents "returned to the client" on completion of the service used.

Word count for the Medical and Biomedical Manuscript Writing service includes only the text in the body of the manuscript. Abstract, references, tables and figure legends are excluded from the word count. These will be written free of charge.

Word count for the Medical and Biomedical Manuscript Rewriting service is the word count of the document submitted by you. If there is more than 20% increase in the final word count required by you from the word count of the manuscript you give us, additional charges may apply (E.g. If the word count of the draft manuscript you give us is 2000 words then the final word count required by you can be between 1600 to 2400 words. If the final word count required is less than 1600 words or exceeds 2400 words, additional charges will apply).

We will verify the word count and will contact you by email if there is a discrepancy which might change the price of the service.

As we do not alter the raw data submitted to us, it is the responsibility of the client to make sure that the data given to us is complete and valid. We will not be held responsible if the manuscript is rejected on the basis of content or incomplete/insufficient data.

Payment must be received by us in full at the time of submitting the documents, if the payment is made by Credit Card or PayPal. If payment is made by Wire Transfer or Western Union Money Transfer, it must be received by us within three days of submission of documents.

If you do not see the confirmation screen on our web site after submitting your documents or after making the payment or you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately. Please wait for at least four hours before contacting us, as the email delivery to your email account may be delayed due to technical reasons.

Biozenace is dedicated to providing high quality services to all our clients, to their complete satisfaction; however, we do not guarantee that the final documents returned to the clients are 'perfect'. We request you to review all the documents returned to you and if any errors are found, please contact us immediately. We will work to rectify the errors without any additional fees.

The information contained in the documents submitted by the client or returned to the client after completion of service may include opinions or views that are not those of Biozenace or any person associated with Biozenace.

Biozenace will not be held liable for any plagiarized/illegal/fraudulent material submitted to us by the client.

If it is discovered at any stage that any material submitted to us is plagiarized or suspect of copyright infringement after a document has been accepted for our services, the client will be sent a notice and any further services will be terminated. No refund of fees will be provided under any circumstances.

Biozenace will not be held liable for any fraudulent/unlawful/unauthorized or illegal use of the final documents/manuscript returned to the client.

Biozenace shall not be held liable for the loss of documents/manuscripts due to circumstances beyond our control like natural disasters, power loss, software or hardware damage etc.

Copyright of all materials/scripts/softwares/source codes used on this web site rests with Biozenace, unless otherwise indicated.

Any materials/scripts/softwares/source codes from this site can not be copied, modified, reproduced, transmitted or distributed in any form whatsoever, without express written permission from Biozenace.

The liability of Biozenace, if any, is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services provided.

In case of any complaint, it must be intimated to us within one week after completion of the service, beyond which Biozenace can not be held liable for any reason, for any service, under any circumstances. All dispute will be settled as per laws of Constitution of India, in the jurisdiction of the city of Delhi.

Biozenace reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to refuse any service/services or part of service, to any client and to refuse any material submitted for any service(s).

The Biozenace's web site, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Security Policy and Disclaimers may be modified/updated at any time without any prior notice. The modified terms and polices will be applicable to any client who uses our services on or after the date such modifications are made and published on this website.

By using this website or services provided on this website or submitting any documents for using our services or making complete or part payment for any service, the client agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions of our services.

If any client objects to or disagrees with or is not satisfied with the terms and conditions contained herein or any modification to the terms and conditions in future, the only action that may be taken by the client is to discontinue the use of this website and services offered on this website.

Services to any client may be terminated at any time, without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Biozenace.

Biozenace may, at its sole discretion, at any time, without notice, discontinue or terminate operations of its website, any or all services or trading name.

No other guarantees or liabilities that are not a part of these terms shall be binding upon Biozenace.
