What changes will be made in my manuscript submitted for Medical and Biomedical Manuscript Rewriting?

When we re-write your manuscript we will work to increase the impact of the data presented and improve flow, style and clarity. We will also proofread to correct grammar, spellings and punctuation. We may create new tables and graphs or delete old ones, but with your permission.

When I use the Medical and Biomedical Manuscript Rewriting service, how will I know the changes made in the documents by the authors?

When you avail our Medical and Biomedical Manuscript Rewriting service, if the manuscript requires only few changes, it is rewritten using the Microsoft Word Track Changes feature. All changes made in the manuscript will be visible to you. However, for manuscripts which require extensive rewriting, it may not be appropriate to use the track change feature. In such case the writer's notes will be given in square brackets in the text in a different color. You will also be given one copy without the writer's comments which will be ready for your use. You are advised to go through the original documents you have submitted to us and the rewritten documents and if there are any queries/comments/suggestions please contact us. You can send us a message using the 'Contact Us' page of our web site or e-mail us at revision@biozenace.com, with your comments typed in the body of the e-mail. Alternatively you can type all your comments in a word/text documents and send it as an email attachment. Please do mention the Client ID and Work ID sent to you previously.

What document formats do you accept?

We accept the following file formats: MS Word (doc, docx), MS Excel (xls, xlsx), MS PowerPoint (ppt, pptx), Acrobat Reader (pdf), Rich text format (rtf), Text files (txt), Web pages (htm, html), Email Plain Text (txt), WordPad (wpd), Word Perfect (wps) and Image files (jpg, jpeg, tiff, gif, etc.)

How is the word count of my documents calculated?

The word count can be calculated using the 'Word Count' feature under the 'Tools' menu in Microsoft Word. The word count of documents for using any of our service includes only the text in body of the manuscript. Text in abstract, references, tables and figure legends is excluded from the word count. How will I get my completed final document?

We will send you the final document files and any supporting files as an email attachment at your email address.

How do I submit my documents for using your services?

You have two options for submitting your work. 1) You can submit your documents by going to the Submit Work Online page of our web site. You will be asked for some personal information and details about your work. In the comments section you can write any special comments/requests you may have. The 'submit and continue' tab will take you to our secure payments page where you will be required to select the service or service package and make the payment. An invoice for the payment and confirmation of documents submission will be sent to your email address. 2) You can also submit your documents by email as email attachments to submit@biozenace.com. Please see our Submit Work by Email page. If you are re-using our services please mention the Client ID which was mailed to you earlier. If you do not have the Client ID, please provide all the information asked on the Submit Work Online or Submit work by Email page of our web site and we will be happy to send you your Client ID by email.

If you are submitting the work by email, payment link and payment invoice will be sent to your e-mail address.

How do I submit my documents for revisions?

If you want to submit your work for revision, 1) you can submit your documents for revision by going to our Submit Revision page on our web site. In the comments section you can write any special comments/requests you may have; 2) you can also submit your documents for revision by email as email attachments to revision@biozenace.com. In both cases please mention the Client ID and Work ID which was mailed to you earlier. If any payment is required, payment link and payment invoice will be sent to your email address. All payments will have to be made within three days of submitting the documents.

Does the turnaround time include only business/working days?

No. At Biozenace, we know how precious your time is and how important it is to publish your research in time. We are committed to strictly adhering to our turnaround time when working on a manuscript. Our authors work on all seven days and the turnaround time includes calendar days (including Saturday's, Sunday's and holidays) and not business/working days.

How long will it take to return me the final document?

The time to complete the work varies by the complexity of the work and service selected. The average time to complete the services is mentioned on our individual services 'Price and Time' page and 'Packages and Discounts' page. The time to complete the service may also vary if we require your comments/clarifications. We request you to respond to our queries as quickly as you can, so we may deliver the work on time. In the rare circumstances if we feel that the time to complete the work will vary from the time mentioned on our web site, you will be intimated within two days of submitting the data/manuscript.

What support services do you provide after the final manuscript has been returned to me?

We provide continuous support to all our clients for all our services. For our Medical and Biomedical Manuscript Writing and Medical and Biomedical Manuscript Rewriting services, we will be in communication with you till your manuscript is published. For our Journal Submission service we will be in contact with you till the journal editors give their final decision on your manuscript. For other services too, you can contact us with your questions as many times as you like. We will respond to you within one day.

If I have a query about the manuscript how can I contact you?

If a service takes more than 3-4 days, how will I know the status of work on my document?

If a service takes more than three days, on every alternate day starting from fourth day you will receive an email letting you know the status of your work. The email we send you will not be an automated message but a personalized email with all the relevant information you might need. For example if the Medical and Biomedical Manuscript Rewriting service you requested, takes 10 days to complete, you will receive personalized emails with status of your work on 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th day. If we have a query or need your comments we will email you immediately.

Is publication of my manuscript guaranteed when I use your services?

Manuscripts written, according to prevailing conventions, in correct language, which present the data in easy to comprehend and lucid manner have a much higher chances of getting published. We will take your raw data and transform it into a well written, accurately referenced manuscript. The data presented in the manuscript will be as it is given to us. If any statistical calculations are done by us, they will be based on the data you provide. We do not modify/or add to or delete from the data provided to us. It is the responsibility of the journal's peer-reviewers to assess the suitability of the research content for publication in a particular journal. We can not guarantee publication of your research, however, we can guarantee that our writers will maximize the chances of publication of your manuscript.

What will happen if I am not satisfied with the quality of the work?

We are sure that quality of our work will meet your expectations. If unfortunately, you are not satisfied with the work please contact us with your questions at revision@biozenace.com. We will make all efforts to solve any problem that may have bothered you. However, if you are still not completely satisfied with our services, you can request a refund by sending an email at: payment@biozenace.com. Do I need to submit my documents to know price of a service?

No. At Biozenace, we offer very reasonable and fixed prices for our services, which is based on the effort which has to be put in for providing our services and experience of our writers. How can I make a payment for your services?

We accept payment through Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), electronic transfer to our bank account, Western Union Money Transfer and PayPal. Please see our 'Payment Options' page for further details.

When do I make the payment?

If you are using credit card or your PayPal account, payment is to be made at the time of submitting your documents. If you wish to make wire transfer of funds to our bank account or pay by Western Union Money Transfer, payment is to be made within three days of submitting your assignment. Please mention the mode of payment at the time of submitting your documents. We will start work on your documents in good-faith as soon as we receive them but we request you to make the payment within the specified time. If I use your Manuscript Writing or Manuscript Rewriting services and my manuscript gets accepted for publication but with revisions required what fee will be charged for editing my manuscripts?

If your manuscript is accepted for publication but with revisions required, and few changes need to be made, we will be happy to edit it for free. If substantial rewriting is necessary (e.g. adding details of new experiment) a very minor flat fee of 5% of the original price of the service will be charged.

We are in the process of developing a secure web site where clients can log-in to their secure accounts using their usernames and passwords and manage their work.

Is my personal information, data and documents submitted for using your services, secure?

We know how valuable your research is to you and we take extreme precautions to make sure that your documents are protected and safe at all times. All files and documents once submitted to us are downloaded and stored on a secure, password protected computer. Your personal information and any data or documents you submit is kept securely in password protected folders. We use the latest anti-virus software and firewalls to protect your files and data from damage or loss. The documents given to our writer's do not have any of your personally identifying information. All our editor's, author's and staff has signed a strict confidentiality agreement with us, which is a legally binding document.
